Foods Your Should Be Eating


Working out can be overwhelming on its own, but once you toss in nutrition the heads start spinning.  That’s why you have Kosama right?!? The foods for fat loss are a lot different than the foods you might be eating to gain more muscle.  These foods will help you burn fat and build the lean muscle you have all been looking for.

  • Walnuts, pecans, almonds – delicious and great sources of healthy fats.  Try to eat them raw if possible to get the full bang for your buck.
  • Cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and yogurt (grass-fed and organic if possible) - Great sources of good protein and the right kinds of fats.  Mix them with some of the other fit foods for a great snack or small meal.
  • Chia seeds and/or hemp seeds - add these highly nutritious seeds to yogurt, smoothies, or salads for a great nutty taste and loads of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins and minerals.
  • Whole eggs – one of natures richest sources of nutrients. Try to remember that eggs boost the good cholesterol in your body, so you don’t have to be scared of them.
  • Salsa – Here is a fresh and delicious way to get more veggies and fruits if you mix it up a bit.  Try cooking with salsa instead of just loading it on to your favorite chips.
  • Avocados – love them…plus a great source of healthy fats, fiber, and other nutrients. Try adding them to wraps, salads, or sandwiches.
