Kosama 101 Classes:We suggest that all new members go through our Kosama 101 introductory course (please plan to attend at least 3 classes). During your course you will learn from our instructors how to perform movements, gain mobility and develop awesome relationships with other like minded people! This is a reserved class so please make sure that you sign up by emailing us at email@example.com to reserve your spot or any questions that you may have. After completing KOSAMA 101, the entire schedule of classes will be open to you!
