Kosama 101 Classes:We suggest that all new members go through our Kosama 101 introductory course (please plan to attend at least 3 classes). During your course you will learn from our instructors how to perform movements, gain mobility and develop awesome relationships with other like minded people! This is a reserved class so please make sure that you sign up by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your spot or any questions that you may have. After completing KOSAMA 101, the entire schedule of classes will be open to you!

3/24-K-BOX-TODAYS CLASS WILL FOCUS ON USING THE KICKBOXING BAGS AS YOU THROW PUNCHES AND KICKS TO WORK YOUR ENTIRE BODY
3/25 K-STRONG UPPER - TODAY'S CLASS WILL FOCUS ON USING KETTLEBELLS TO WORK ON THE UPPER BODY FOR EXPLOSIVE MUSCULAR GROWTH!
3/26 K-ENDRANCE -JUST LIKE THE NAME SAYS WE WILL FOCUS ON BUILDING OUR ABILITY TO LAST PHYSICALLY FOR LONGER PERIODS OF TIME.
3/27- K-OVERLOAD- TODAYS CLASS WILL FOUCUS ON TRX, KICKBOXING AND BODYWEIGHT MOVEMENTS TO CHALLENGE CARDIOVASCULAR AND MUSCULAR ENDURANCE
3/28 HIIT & MOBILITY- TODAY WILL BE HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING AND AFTER THAT YOU CAN RECOVER WITH FOAM ROLLERS AND LACROSSE BALLS TO WORK THE KINKS OUT FROM A HARD WORK WEEK
