Kosama 101 Classes:
We suggest that all new members go through our 2 week introductory course (please plan to attend at least 2 days per week).  During your course you will learn from our instructors how to perform movements, gain mobility and develop awesome relationships with other like minded people!  After completing KOSAMA 101, the entire schedule of classes will be open to you!

11/26 K-STRONG UPPER BODY-A KETTLEBELL AND BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES - FOCUSES ON BURNING STUBBORN BODY FAT-LAST TWO CLASSES OF THE DAY WILL BE AT 4:00PM AND 5:30PM

11/27 THANKSGIVING DAY K-BOX CIRCUIT- CLASS TIME 8:30--INTERVALS OF BODY WEIGHT TRAINING- FOCUS- BUILD ENDURANCE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE BODY

11/28  ACTIVE REST DAY-NO CLASS-ENJOY THE DAY WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY BY DOING SOMETHING ACTIVE, LIKE BIKE RIDING, LIGHT WALKING, ETC.

11/29- INSTRUCTORS CHOICE- BE PREPARED FOR KICK BOXING BAGS, KETTLE BELLS, TRX, WEIGHTED BARS, RESISTANCE BANDS, CIRCUIT OR BODYWEIGHT! BE READY FOR WHATEVER THE INSTRUCTOR THROWS YOUR WAY!
