SEPTEMBER WORKOUTS INCLUDE:
K-HIIT STRENGTH: Challenge yourself to go heavier when you select your kettlebells for this total body workout(or ask us to help)! Alternating intervals of 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest will allow you to push HARD. K-HIIT is not only guaranteed to get your heart rate up, but it will also leave your muscles burning, shaking and begging for more! Walk or crawl out the door...we don't judge!
K-BOX: It is just you, the bag and 50 minutes of pure punching and kicking fun! Feel your balance challenged as you build core strength through working all planes of motion. Some call it fun, some call it group therapy...we call it KBOX!
K-STRONG: Just when you feel like your muscles might be recovering from your K-HIIT workout, we bring it right back to you again with this mega pump class that will bring out your Kosama warrior. Each K-strong class will focus on Upper or Lower body and won't let up until the last minute!
K-HIIT CARDIO & K-HIIT ENDURANCE: Take cardio and endurance training to a whole new level! Fun and inventive plyometric and bodyweight exercises that can be modified to fit any fitness level. High energy, super fun and challenging class!
K-HIGHLIGHT: Each Friday, a different Kosama location will be highlighted as we put you through their favorite workout. Change has never felt so good!
Circuits: Consider this class a "taste of Kosama" as you and your small group rotate from station to station, working every inch of that body through all of our programs: TRX, kettlebells, bodybars, cardio, kickboxing and core. Designed in house by one of your Kosama coaches, these 45 exercises in 45 minutes will make time FLY by!

***New member friends, make sure to come in about 10-15 minutes before your first class so we can complete your paperwork, give you a tour of the studio, schedule your personal fitness assessment and get your Kosama equipment needed so you are ready to ROCK it!!
