Kosama 101: In Kosama 101 we will review proper form of body movement and correct technique when working with our kettle bells, heavy bags and suspension equipment.
Assessment includes: Professional Before Photo, Body Measurements, Tanita Scale Body Composition Analysis, and a strength and flexibility test.
Please dress appropriately for a light workout!
Mon & Tue: 8:00 am - 2 pm.
Wed: 8 am- 3/4 pm (alt evenings by appointment)
Thurs & Fri: 8 am- 4 pm (evenings by appointment)
Please try to stop in between class times, if possible.
