4. Our Workouts: Group Fitness Redefined: Our workouts are designed to give to you the best base of strength, endurance and agility your body needs to live the life you want to live. They are a total body, applied fitness workout based on the nine components of fitness identified by exercise scientists [Tancred 1995]: a] strength, b] power, d] agility, d] balance, e] flexibility, f] local muscle endurance, g] cardiovascular endurance, h] strength endurance, and i] co-ordination.
Each workout covers some, if not all, of the nine primary fitness components. Carefully balancing which components are emphasized with the recuperation time necessary to maximize your results. And best of all we’ve created a yearly calendar of fitness challenges to keep you motivated, and improving. We will give you the perfect mix of all areas, in a challenge, encouraging, fun enviroment. 5. Applied Nutrition: We understand that a major part of your fitness success will come from your dietary habits. We also recognize that every member has unique desires, needs, and goals so we do not subscribe to any one nutrition philosophy. In some cases it is simply about eating healthier, in others you may need suggestions about nutrition supplementation to support your eating habits, or it may be that you desire a workout supplement to enhance your workout. Our focus is on what is best for you.
